One Star Tea Reviews

Listed on this page are teas that I rate as "One Star Teas", or teas that can substitute as a drain cleaner in a pinch. A "one star tea", in short, is the type of tea that you try and don't even finish - and have very little good to say about it at the end. It's the type of tea that you only wish that your enemies would drink, never your friends!

• Adagio Teas Cranberry Flavored Black Tea : A very bad tasting tea that in no way tastes like a cranberry tea.
• Bigelow Eggnogg'n Tea : No substitute for Real Egg-Nog!
• Carrington Green Tea : A very, very bad green tea that is best saved to give to people you don't like.
• Celestial Seasonings Chamomile Herbal Tea : A poor tasting chamomile tea that has an even worse aroma and after-taste.
• Impra Raspberry Flavored Black Tea : An absolutely terrible flavored black tea that is bitter and has no flavor of raspberry whatsoever.
• Japanese Genmaicha Green Tea : Serve this drink for when you have uninvited house guests and want them to leave.
• Lipton Honey Green Tea : A really bad honey flavored green tea.
• Numi Gen Mai Cha Toasted Rice Green Tea : An absolutely terrible tea that tastes and smells like burnt rice. Yummy - NOT!
• Numi Sweet African Red Green Rooibos Tea : A very unpleasant tea that has a rather harsh and bitter taste, with no flavor of honey whatsoever.
• Stash Nilgiri Black Tea : A very bitter and rather unpleasant bagged black tea.
• Stash Premium Green Tea : The definition of a bad chinese restaurant green tea. If this is your first green tea tasting experience, it likely will be your last.
• Stash Vanilla Chai Decaf Black Tea : A rather nasty and bitter vanilla flavored chai tea that tastes nothing like any chai tea you've ever tried.
• Typhoo Peppermint Tingle Herbal Tea : You'll have to search far and wide to find a worse tasting peppermint tea than this one.
